MINI ZEBRAS PROGRAM
The Mini Zebras Program is an all-inclusive and fun football program catering to children of all skill levels and abilities, ages 3 to 7 years. The Program is run by Juventus Academy and supported by Mazenod Football Club. Our aim is that all players will achieve their full potential through participation, inclusion and personal development. Mini Zebras Program is designed to teach kids important football skills while having fun in the process. The first step to become a true Bianconero.

PATHWAY TO CLUB FOOTBALL
Encouraging learning and development through experience and repetition of skills, the Mini Zebras also engages the children and makes them use their imagination. Through fun and enjoyment is where kids learn best and the program is designed to provide the best foundations and opportunities to support young players with their pathway to club soccer (MiniRoos and Junior football) through the Mazenod Football Club. The Mazenod FC junior training program is run by the Juventus Academy, a world-leading football curriculum designed to develop participant’s skills through the Juventus training method. JUVENTUS ACADEMY MELBOURNE
The Juventus Academy project was born to bring Juventus’ colours, methods and values to as many kids as possible. Present in over 50 countries and on every continent, it offers both the teaching and development of football skills and educational training, accompanying young players in their growth, from introduction to the game to maturity, and not exclusively within sport. All programs are available, regardless of the level of the participants, and the activities are based on respect for their mental and physical well-being. Fun is at the centre of all the proposed activities.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Mini Zebras program operates throughout the four terms of the school year. The Term 1 program takes place at our Braeside location, while Terms 2 and 3 are offered at both Braeside and Glen Waverley. In Term 4, sessions will resume exclusively at the Braeside location. All sessions are scheduled for Saturday mornings.

SEBASTIANO DISCO
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Sebastiano holds a UEFA B License and brings extensive coaching experience to his role as Technical Director for Juventus Academy Melbourne. He collaborates closely with the coaches at the Juventus Academy and oversees Academy programs at Brimbank Stallions FC and Mazenod FC and ensuring the effective implementation of the Juventus curriculum.
MATTEO BUFALO
BSFC TECHNICAL COACH
Matteo is Technical Director at sister club Brimbank Stallions and Juventus Academy Melbourne, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management from Lincoln Memorial University, U.S.A and a Bachelor of Physical Education, Sport and Health Science from the University of Urbino, Italy.
SIMONE CHIAPPINI
MFC HEAD COACH
Simone holds a UEFA B License with extensive coaching experience in Italy and at Juventus Academy Melbourne, and Brimbank Stallions where he led the Junior Boys NPL teams. He is now the Head Coach of Mazenod Football Club and oversees the Mini Zebras program in partnership with Juventus Academy Melbourne.

What Do I need to bring every week?
It is advisable for each player to have their own shin guards and water bottles each week. While it is preferred for your child to wear soccer boots, running shoes may be used if soccer boots are not available. Please be aware that conditions can become slippery during the winter months, and we strongly recommend using appropriate footwear.

Bookings by term includes Mazenod FC playing top, shorts & socks. Optional uniform can be purchased when booking per session.

Senior Players
Part of our structure in our Grassroots Program is that we use our players from various MVFC Senior Teams. All of our coaches will have their Working with Children Checks.
